Chocolate chia sunrise…

My my, are you in for a treat!
Today Steve reveals his secret recipe for the worlds greatest chocolate chia pudding!

Winter in Scotland lasts for 9 months!

First, here’s what we ate today….

Me
1 liter fresh spring water
1 teaspoon chlorella + 1 teaspoon crystal manna in 1 cup fresh spring water
1 teaspoon Really Raw Honey

2 tablespoons ‘Brain On’ (AFA algae frozen)
1 dessert spoon Raw Organic Hemp seed oil
2 dessert spoons fresh organic bee pollen

1/2 punnet organic strawberries
1 punnet organic blueberries
1 punnet organic raspberries

1 small cup ‘Chocolate Chia Sunrise Pudding’ (read on to find out how to make it for yourself!)
1 dessert spoon fresh bee pollen

1 litre fresh spring water

1 handful soaked raw, organic purple mulberries

2 dessert spoons fresh bee pollen
1 teaspoon raw, organic coconut oil

20 organic chlorella tablets

1 bowl of todays ‘Green’ soup (see bellow for what went in!)
2 sheets raw, organic nori (seaweed)
8 raw organic olives

1 liter bed time tea (made with fresh spring water)
1 teaspoon ‘Really Raw Honey’

Steve
1 litre fresh spring water
3 teaspoons organic chlorella
4 dessert spoons fresh bee pollen

4 teaspoons spirulina
3 cups fresh spring water

1 shot home grown wheat grass (1 oz)

1 organic red grapefruit
1/2 punnet organic strawberries
1 punnet organic raspberries

1 small green juice (bunch parsley, 1 lemon, inch ginger, broccoli sprouts, 1 shot wheatgrass, 1 cup fresh spring water)

3 cups fresh spring water
1 shot ‘Brain On’
3 dessert spoons fresh bee pollen

1 punnet organic blueberries

1 small cup ‘Chocolate Chia Sunrise Pudding’…
***Chocolate Chia Sunrise***
5 dessert spoons chemical free, white chia seeds
2 handfuls raw organic goji berries
soaked in 500ml fresh spring water (mix for 15 mins until thick)
…refrigerate for 3 hours…
3 raw organic vanilla pods (seeds only)
2 teaspoons raw organic black gold noni honey
2 pinches celtic salt
6 dessert spoons Bali ‘Truly Raw’ cacao powder
…Blend!…
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until set like a chocolate pudding consistency!
Yummmm!

20 organic chlorella tablets
1 teaspoon raw organic Ambrosia ‘Spicy Ginger’ honey

1 bowl ‘Green’ soup…
***Today’s Green***
1 organic celery
1 bunch organic watercress
6 leafs organic spring greens
1 large organic cucmber
3 lemons (peeled but pith left on)
1 bunch organic mixed salad leaves
2 inches organic whole ginger root
1 teaspoon raw organic kelp
1 teaspoon raw organic dulse

2 sheets raw organic nori
8 raw organic olives

1 liter ‘Bed Time Tea’

Finally, it feels like summer might be here!
It is with all this sun that I am reminded one of the BIGGEST truths on earth we must all pay attention to.
The sun is our life force, our prana, our life giving energy…
IT IS GOOD FOR YOU!
I wonder what we are all doing when we paste ourselves in ‘sun cream’, don the sun glasses and hats when this glorious star in the sky is actually here to help us!
You may or may not realise that the sun is good for you, we are told so many times that it is something we need to protect ourselves from… or is it?
I recently discovered that when we wear sun glasses we are not doing ourselves any favours… especially if we are in Scotland!
Sunglasses are actually proven to switch off the absorbtion of Vitamin D!
