Keep it simple ~ Keep it sweet

Todays recipe is a quick look at what I had for my dinner last night (after a green juice of corse)
Who said fruits are for breakfast!?!
Simple, easy to digest and beautiful ~ if I don’t say so myself!
Now back to the smoothie 😉
Tee Hee!

After removing the pits/stones please blend these fruits together:

  • 2 Plums (antioxidant rich digestive regulator)
  • 250g Blueberries (source for rare vitamin K in a low glycemic antioxidant heavenly form)
  • 1 Mango (pre-biotic, sweet vitamin goodness)

Now sprinkle with a little fresh bee pollen and pretend like it is not another 9 months till summer 🙂
