Simple, easy to digest and beautiful ~ if I don’t say so myself!

After removing the pits/stones please blend these fruits together:
- 2 Plums (antioxidant rich digestive regulator)
- 250g Blueberries (source for rare vitamin K in a low glycemic antioxidant heavenly form)
- 1 Mango (pre-biotic, sweet vitamin goodness)
