4 teaspoosn Gelatenized Maca (Peruvian root, adaptogenic, hormone balancer)
1 teaspoon Reishi (balancing & grounding, slightly bitter tasting mushroom)
1 teaspoon Raw Honey (enzyme rich, natural sweetener – add more if needed)
2 teaspoons Coconut Oil (fat metabolizing, lauric acid abundant)
