Wee Yogi's typical diet here in Costa Rica…

7am and my early greenhouse chores are done - time for about 1000mls lemon water before yoga.

9:30am ~ Green Juice with greens from the garden and local area. Follow it up with a bowl of fresh water melon - this is post practice bliss 🙂

After a few hours in the greenhouse, I dig in to more fruit (half the bowl was gone by the time I remembered to take a photo!) - cantaloupe and passion fruit gives me more energy for the afternoon.

This night we all really went to town - all the guests and staff made something yummy for a huge raw banquet ~ mango salsa, courgette noodle salad with avocados and herb dressing, raw crackers and dip (brought in from the US by a guest!), tomato salsa with dill and coriander. Epic.

I close the day with a cup of sleepy time tea and a dollop of local honey. Nourished, content and ready for bed.
